Your work email and a LinkedIn or company page with your name. You'll send me a one-line note from your work address. Your employer is never contacted.
A photo of your government ID, emailed after you submit this form, along with a LinkedIn or other public profile with your photo. You're welcome to cover everything except your name and photo.

What happens next
I'll reply by email from kate@katewinternyc.com, usually within a day. Once you're verified, we'll confirm the details, and a deposit secures your date. Please check your spam folder if you don't hear from me.
